Oceanfront Villas consists of two exclusive luxury villas on the ocean front at Narpow Point 20
minutes from Port Vila. If this style of accommodation and lolcation appeals to you keep in mind that you

The villas are Balinese design with a series of pavilions interconnected via walkways.
Each villa has 3 separate pavilions:

• Main bedroom, ensuite with outside shower, double vanity, sunken bath.

• Outdoor dining

• Lounge, kitchen, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, bathroom with outside shower

The main bedroom pavilion of each is of very generous proportions with a King Side bed and consists of three sets of timber folding doors that open up the pavilion to the surrounds. It is the ultimate in romance with views to the ocean from the bedroom, over the infinity edge pool to the sunset.

The main bedrooms are air-conditioned, as well as ceiling fans. The ensuites include a two person sunken bath, a 2 bowl vanity, walk in wardrobe and outside shower, providing the true tropical showering experience.

The main pavilion consists of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with Queen Beds, ceiling fans, a large kitchen consisting full size fridge, 900 wide gas/electric stove/hotplate, microwave, dishwasher. The bathroom in this pavilion also has an outdoor shower plus a washing machine and dryer. It also has three sets or timber folding doors.

The lounge has a 42” Plasma TV and home theatre system.
The dining pavilion can seat 8 people at the square dining table.
The infinity edge pool is 13m x 4.5m and is complemented with a swim up bar and pool pavilion.
The property faces south west with beautiful sunsets a highlight of your day from any pavilion or from pool or pool bar.

Comprising nearly 5,000 sqm of land the property is extensively landscaped to complete a beautiful and exclusive environment.

The villas have a full time gardener and house girl who services the villas daily for all housekeeping duties.

All crockery, glassware, kitchenware, towels, linen included.
