The entire property is available for your exclusive use. No other guests will be at the property during your stay.If you require only the main residence then the tariff is $750 per night. The main residence sleeps 8.

Use of the guest villas is an additional $250 per villa per night. Each villa sleeps 4.

Nightly rate per guest is under $80 per person which represents extraordinary value when compared to a hotel in Vanuatu

The main residence is in excess of 700m2. The ground level contains a formal dining area, entertaining lounge, office, wine cellar and modern kitchen fitted with quality Fisher and Paykel appliances.

The upstairs west wing has the main bedroom. The ensuite is oversized and has a large spa bath positioned to take in the view of the ocean and a separate shower.

The east wing has 3 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms.

All bedrooms have large balconies that open to the beachfront.

Guest Villas (Poolside)

Each guest villa is fully furnished and contains two large bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

There is a full sized kitchen and lounge in each.

The tariff includes use of the properties 4WD Landcruiser, housekeeper and free wireless broadband. All Prices are in Australian Dollars

Vanuatu's South Pacific's finest private holiday home. The large 3 acre property has 3 separate dwellings for your exclusive use. The 4 bedroom 750m2 main residence and two identical fully self contained two bedroom villas.

Located in the famous whitesands area, it is a short 15 min drive to port Vila.

You have 150m of your own private white sandy beach

The grounds contain a full sized flood lit tennis court.

The pool is simply spectacular and has one of the best views in the pacific. Contained at one end is a sunken spa.

The tariff includes full use of the 4 wheel drive Landcruiser and our wonderful staff are on site 5 1/2 days per week for daily servicing of the property
