This internationally acclaimed house sets the benchmark for architecture in Vanuatu. Designed by Peter Stutchbury, one of Australia’s most awarded architects, it is built on the shores of Teouma Bay, just fifteen minutes drive from down town Port Vila.

The house has three building elements, cement, timber and stone. Six meter high ceilings and louvers combined with water features create breezeways for the hotter months.

uxuriously appointed with all modern appliances and fittings you would expect in a home of this class, you will want for nothing during your holidays.

The property has four large bedrooms, two with on- suites, one additional bathrooms and three outdoor showers to use after a dip in the sea.

Perfect for large groups, families, weddings and honeymoons or just that special holiday.

Electricity: 240 volts, Standard Australian sockets

Gas: Bottled LPG. 4x 50Kg bottles for hot water, stove and BBQ

Water: Main supply, 60 psi, suitable for drinking

The Pool: The two meter deep pool is obviously unfenced as there is no legal requirement to do so in Vanuatu and as there is an open beach a few meters away it would seem a little superfluous anyway. Having said that all the usual precautions should be taken with children and an adult should always be keeping watch if kids are around the pool.

Appliances: Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and BBQ.

Features: CD player (including CDs), 1 x DVD players, 1 x Plasma TVs and full mobile coverage.
