comfort of a helicopter. The operation is based on the pontoon right off the foreshore at The Anchor inn. The booking office is close by on the seawall just past Le Tentation Restaurant
Lunch at The Havannah
Just 30 mins drive from the centre of Port Vila and you are standing on the beach at the Havannah looking out over the most stunning views of Havannah Harbour. You must book to go for lunch +678 5518060

lucky enough to see some interesting sea life in the harbour such as turtles , dugongs or even whales in season.

Vanuatu Real Estate Sales
Sue Bedford is a long term resident of Vanuatu and is affectionately known by the local expats as
"sueb". She is regarded as a stalwart of the real estate market - both here and previously in
New Zealand.
It would be hard to find a more qualified and knowledgeable person when it comes to Vanuatu
real estate agents and real estate Vanuatu, than Sueb. Rather than waste your time with
high-priced, low-value Vanuatu real estate, she specialises in seeking out only the best value
properties on the market.
Don't expect Sue to be sitting around in a dingy office somewhere. She is a very sociable
person and enjoys nothing more than meeting with clients and friends in a relaxed and
friendly environment over a cup of coffee or a cool drink.
Sue lives in the capital and enjoys the amazing views of Port Vila town from her elevated own real
estate Vanuatu residence at Malapoa.
