We will personally greet you on arrival and give you a familarisation of the accommodation.

Should you require a hire car whilst staying with us we can book this and have the vehicle delivered to you whenever it is required.

The Kiwanis Club Race week 2011

Chairman's greeting

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentleman,

We invite you take part in this year’s Kiwanis Race day, this year we are fortunate to have TUSKER as major sponsors and there financial support is second to none.

There are strict conditions for the corporate tents as we would like to look after our major sponsors so no Alcohol sales or advertising will be permitted on or in
he corporate tents. I would encourage you to support the community and participate in the countries favourite day.
This year’s corporate tent spaces will be a little different in that the spaces will be provided within a tented area. We have two space options only and unfortunately
we are not in a position to compromise and it will be on a first in basis.
Options are 5 x 10 meter with 5 meter frontage and 6 x 6 meter Both options are tents/marquees and the sides will be partitioned from the next with bamboo
rails and palm leaves. Both options are 80,000vt each and 20,000vt of this you will receive raffle tickets for to give you a chance in the major raffle.

This year we will l be beefing up security and would ask that you please give invited guests some sort of ticket or token to allow them access and to allow our
security to identify your guest and save any embarrassing moments. We will also only be providing 2 car spaces per tent space and sticker will be issued.
No sticker no entry and again no exceptions. We ask all others to park in public parking, and advise that we will have a complimentary shuttle from the
car park for those that don’t wish to walk. Caterers will be issued with their own stickers.

This year we have introduced a paid finishing line experience proudly sponsored by the Grand called “The Birdcage” only 7500vt per ticket. This includes a
complimentary Drink on arrival and Hot finger food and a Prawn and Oyster bar. We will have a Bookie and hopefully Australian Races to bet on live all at the
finishing line. Celebrities are on the way and this is the place they will be, great value and the place to be.

Please be aware that this is a charity event and if you would like to donate more and or help in any way we would appreciate your support.

Book your private Villa Accommodation for the Kiwanis Race Week which gets under way from 12th July. The week features The Kiwanis Ball on Thursday 14th July and the Race Week Calcutta at The Anchor Inn on Friday 15th and Race day on Saturday 16th July.

For big week like this you will need good friends and space to recover from the week or parties and entertainment on offer in Port Vila.

The Vanuatu Golf Open August 16th to 21st August 2011
