Just finished up our 5 days stay at angelfish cove villas. We stayed in a beachfront studio villa with plunge pool. Villa 8! Angelfish cove villas are truly spectacular. Zilo the resort manager is amazing and always willing to help with a smile! The beach is beautiful, amazing coral! We hired a car so we were easily able to drive into town or explore the island (angelfish is only a 15 minute drive to town, it really isn’t that far and so many sights to see on the way). The villas are really in the best location of the island in my opinion. Lots of restaurants and cafes you can visit in resorts nearby but we loved having the freedom of staying in the villa and cooking up a barbecue everyday and utilising the kitchen! We loved going for a morning kayak! Thanks for making our first time in Vanuatu truly magical! We will be recommending angelfish cove villas to everyone!

We just go home from a few days in Vanuatu , 3 nights were spent at Angel fish cove villas and were awesome!!! Beachfront with our own plunge pool. Can't rave about the staff enough. Would totally recommend a stay here. About 8kms from port Vila, so we hired a car.

We spent 5 days at Angel Fish Cove villas and highly recommend a stay. As a family travelling with two teen ages (aged 15 & 17) the self-catering facilities were brilliant and the location absolutely stunning. We stayed in Villa No.7 located on the beach with great views across Mele Bay. The perfect location right on the reef with great snorkeling, kayaking and the beach at your doorstep.Imagine going to sleep and waking in the morning with the waves on the beach or watching the cruise ships sail by or the locals heading out to fish. Zilo and the staff ensured our stay was perfect with transfers to Port Vila for supplies. If needed Paradise Cove Resort is within walking distance for a meal or drink and is very welcoming. The kids (and Parents) had a great time with the water activities or swimming in the pool or just relaxing in the private plunge pool. Walks along the beach or lying back on the beach lounge so very relaxing. It was great to be out of town (about 8 klms from Port Vila) so quiet and peaceful. The free WiFi kept us in touch with news from the outside world, family and friends. The accommodation offered everything we needed - comfy beds, a/c villas, 3 bedrooms and fully self contained. Totally recommend a stay here for families, couples old or young.

We have made such great memories. One night we purchased dough from the bakery at Au Bon Mache supermarket and made our own pizzas, and another night we had delicious sausages and kebabs on the BBQ.
Talita and her husband Rhione looked after us very well. Such a lovely couple and they have the cutest baby. We had a tremor one night and Rhione assured us this was quite common after such a warm day. For the kids, it just added to the adventure. My children have experienced this on a previous trip and a tropical cyclone on their first trip!!

Please send our regards to the owners, they have built a beautiful and wonderfully thought out home. The outdoor showers and side access comes to mind, as well as the wonderful ventilation making use of the trade winds cooling the house down in the afternoons. The sliding doors at the front of the house, all opening up bringing the outside inside feel, making it very easy to relax instantly!
Once again Vanuatu has given us a wonderful experience and there is no doubt we will be back again. We are all talking about coming back again next July, I won’t leave booking it to the last minute next time though.
It is 9 degrees here and we are having a very cold and extremely wet winter, but at least now I have the memories of Vanuatu to keep me warm.

Back home after a magical stay at Hakuna Matata. We left very early and so did not get the chance to properly thank Talitha and the boys for looking after us so well. Please pass on our warm wishes and gratitude to them for the fabulous job they did. And also our thanks to the owners for sharing their very special part of Paradise with us. We have donated a few extra pieces of snorkelling equipment to the house for future guests.
Truly marvelous holiday for all our party, both at Hakuna Matata and Sindiso. Everything was in excellent order and the house was magnificent. I reckon that a toasted sandwich maker and a soda-stream would be perfect additions to cover all catering bases!
We will be back one day and will also make sure to highly recommend beautiful Vanuatu, your firm and these houses to our friends and families. And hopefully one day soon there will be direct flights between Port Vila and Melbourne

Hakuna Matata is truly a beautiful place. From the moment we booked with Bryan to the moment we left, our family were well taken care of. Transfers to and from the airport went smoothly, and the stop off at the supermarket was appreciated! The staff on sight were amazing, not only did they care brilliantly for this spectacular property, but were friendly and full of advice and tips for getting around the island. The house itself slept our large family comfortably, and watching the sunset from the back entertaining area every evening was an unforgettable experience. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - we will be back!
